Digilancer Net Zero
Transition To A Net Zero
Sustainability and net zero The Next Frontier: Digilancer is the first company of its kind to transition to a net zero society.

Climate Change And The Energy Transition

The world needs a rapid transition to net zero. To meet the goals of the 2015 Paris ‎Agreement, we believe that the society must take decisive and collective action. We believe ‎companies that have begun a process of transformation to net zero, as Digilancer has, will be ‎critical in delivering the opportunities presented by the energy transition and ‎achieving these goals.

Why Net Zero Matters

The world’s carbon budget is finite and running out fast; we need a rapid transition ‎to net zero. We all want energy that is reliable and affordable, but that is no longer ‎enough. It must also be cleaner.

To deliver that, trillions of dollars will need to be ‎invested in replumbing and rewiring the world’s energy system. It will require nothing ‎short of reimagining energy as we know it.‎ This will certainly be a challenge, but also a tremendous opportunity. Digilancer will play its part and serve our purpose, we have ‎to change. And we want to change – this is the right thing for the world and for Digilancer .

We continue to evolve our business and protect our climate, and the world needs to deliver absolute emission reductions. We are proud to have the most ambitious absolute emissions reduction target for 2025 in our sector. This complements our carbon reduction roadmap, which is aligned with the goals of the Paris Agreement.

The Digilancer Road Map Includes

  1. We plan to meet our office energy needs with 100% renewable
  2. electricity by 2025 as part of our commitment to the global corporate renewable energy initiative.
  3. Replace carbon‑intensive fossil fuels with biomass and alternative fuels
    Invest in renewable energy
  4. Improve operational eco‑efficiency
  5. Work collaboratively to develop the technologies, strategies and policies needed across our industry
  6. We’ve set five aims to get us to net zero by 2025 or sooner
