Job Description:

Digilancer is looking for a tech-savvy, passionate, and energetic Customer Support Executive. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. An ideal customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (US English Accent).
  • The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in international customer support/call center is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree or experience/Certifications can exempt someone from the minimum required qualifications.
