Job Description:
Digilancer is looking for a Quality Assurance Executive(QAE). An ideal candidate is responsible for assessing the performance of our Sales Executives who deal with our existing and potential customers. As a QA Executive you will monitor the inbound and outbound calls and emails responses. You will have to ensure technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures
Job Responsibility:
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
- Submit work to editors for input and approval.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
- Writing Quality Blogs based on the topics assigned.
- Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).
- Update website content as needed.
Job Requirements:
- 0.5-2 years Call Center Experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
- Must be a self-motivator and self-starter.
- Focus on quality and customer service.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Solid time management skills.
- Creative ability & writing proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel).
